About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Participate in release planning and reviews, providing quality metrics and reports.
Collaborate in Agile development processes and ensure that all testing aligns with project timelines.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, functional testing, and regression testing.
Hands-on experience with API testing and using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
